Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: 15 April 2025
At We Have Colour, every artwork is individually inspected and carefully packaged prior to dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and professionally.
1. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@wehavecolour.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the item and its packaging.
2. Resolution Options
Upon assessment and confirmation of the damage, you will be offered one of the following resolutions, based on your preference and product availability:
A replacement print at no additional cost, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
You are not required to return the damaged item.
3. No Returns for Change of Mind
In line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where the customer simply changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or purchases the wrong item. However, if we choose to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, the terms and conditions will be clearly communicated at the point of sale.
4. No Returns for Incorrect Purchases
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect product selections or dissatisfaction with the style or colour of the artwork.
