We offer physical fine art prints, each of which is exclusively illustrated and created by the artist Bec Irvine, founder of We Have Colour. All artworks are original and sold as printed reproductions unless stated otherwise.

At this time, we do not offer commissioned or custom artwork. However, if you have a project proposal or creative brief, you are welcome to contact us directly to discuss the potential for a future collaboration.

All artworks are protected by copyright and remain the sole intellectual property of Bec Irvine. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or unauthorised use of the artwork in any form is strictly prohibited.

3. Ordering

Orders for our fine art prints may be placed directly through this website. Customers are not required to create an account in order to complete a purchase.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm and process your order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, and all transactions are subject to validation and authorisation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances where product availability is limited, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure the safe delivery of your artwork, and are dispatched using reliable postal or courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

For customers located outside of Australia, we are able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that all shipping details provided at the time of purchase are accurate. We Have Colour is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. International Orders

We accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside Australia and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at hello@wehavecolour.com.au to discuss shipping options and obtain a custom quote.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

We Have Colour is not liable for any delays, fees, or issues arising from international customs processes.

All artworks, illustrations, designs, and content available on this website are the sole and exclusive property of Bec Irvine, trading as We Have Colour (ABN 89 291 517 022). • Creating derivative works based on any part of our designs

• Reselling or listing We Have Colour artwork for sale through any other store, marketplace, or platform, physical or digital, without our express written consent

Any unauthorised use or infringement of our intellectual property will be considered a serious legal violation. We actively monitor for copyright infringement and will pursue legal action, including claims for financial damages, without further notice.
